How are parts manufactured ?

Extrusion is the manufacturing process : with this process one can get parts with very different shapes, in constant quality and perfectly recyclable.

Extrusion also means you can manufacture very complicated shapes in one go.

Extrusion enables quick deliveries in many lengths.

By encapsulating wood with polymer this process reduces moisture uptake which means parts that do not rot and resist insects attacks.

The above pictures show joinery parts which demonstrate the design capabilities. For decking, we manufacture solid boards. It's a better design for this board as it prevent condensation water from staying into decboard holes
